Returns & Refunds Policy – Bodylin

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right:


Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or replacements.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all original tags, hygiene seals (if applicable), and packaging intact

  • Free from signs of use, deodorant stains, or fragrance

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn shapewear, bodysuits, or compression garments that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads or e-guides

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as non-refundable)

  • Personal care products if opened or used (e.g. creams, gels)


How to Start a Return

Email us at bodylinstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please do not return items to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or reason for rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

Need a different size? If the item is unused and in original condition, we’ll happily exchange it (while stock lasts). Email us to request an exchange.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service — we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return cost.

If the item doesn’t fit and you’d like to return or exchange it, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — refunds can take a few working days
